How Do Customers Opt-In To My MemoPros Marketing and Reminder Service?
When you open a MemoPros account, you will create an “access code”. This “access code” is unique and will allow your clients and members create their personal profile. Your clients or members simply have to visit http://memopros.com/agreement.php  and agree to the terms and conditions and then they will be directed to the Registration page. Within the Registration page, the client/member will complete a short personal information profile and then enter their “access code”. Once this is complete, the system will send a unique verification code to both the client/member’s email account and mobile device. This unique 5 digit code will then be used to verify the authenticity of the client/member creating the profile. Using this method ensures there are no mistakes and protects you 100% from spam or email/sms text messaging fraud charges. This method in short, is much better and safer than any other opt-in process.
How Can I Promote My MemoPros Marketing and Reminder Service To My Clients and Members?

How Do I Access My MemoPros Marketing and Reminder Account / Do I Need Any Special Software/Hardware?
Since MemoPros Marketing and Reminder Service software is web-based, all you need to access our service is a computer with an internet connection and a web browser. There is no special software or hardware to purchase or install.
 
How Long Does It Take For Subscribers To Receive The Messages I Send?
Messages are sent instantly and usually arrive within 1 - 2 minutes of you sending them. If a customer's phone is turned off, or is in an area without coverage (such as inside an elevator), their carrier holds the message and delivers it as soon as the customer re-enters a coverage area.

Is There a Limit to how many sms/text and email messages can I send daily?
There is no limit to how many messages you can send using our text messaging and email service. However, best practices indicate that you should not send more than one or two messages per day to your subscribers. More frequent messaging can result in high opt-out rates for your list.

What Is A Text Message?
A Text message is a short message that can be sent to and from a cellular phone. When someone says text, texting, or SMS, or if you see TXT in print, all of these are referring to text messages.

What Is SMS?
SMS is an acronym for Short Message Service. It is a worldwide standard for communicating textually between cellular phones.

Is there a difference between email and text messaging?
While most phones can send and receive email, email is not the same as text messaging. There are many differences--for example a text message is sent to a phone number, while an email is sent to an email address.

Can Everyone Receive Text Messages?
Nearly every cellular phone in use in the United States (and the world) can receive text messages. Most wireless carriers include text messaging in their standard plans.

What Does It Cost For A Customer To Receive A Text Message?
Some carriers do not charge their customers to receive text messages. Others include a certain number in their standard plans--these usually cost less than ten cents a message.

How Long Can Text Messages Be?
A standard text message is limited to 160 characters. Characters means letters, numbers, spaces, symbols and punctuation.

What Does It Mean To Opt-In?
To Opt-In is to join a list. This is permitted by the MemoPros system creating a unique 5 digit code for your clients and members to verify their wish to receive both sms/text and email messages from you.

What Does It Mean To Opt-Out?
A subscriber Opts Out when they quit your list.

I didn't receive my verification email or SMS?
The reason for this might be an error (wrong email address or mobile number/carrier) with information provided while registering your account. This problem can be rectified by simply logging on to your account to verify whether the provided information is correct or not. If there is a problem with your email, please check your bulk or spam message folder for your verification code.
